To that universal truth, I’ve always been unapologetically different my entire life and that’s part of what I believe is the secret sauce to success. I’m always looking for authentic opportunities to stand out and I help brands do the same. With more than 10 years of brand marketing experience in graphic design, photography, social media, copywriting, and strategic planning, storytelling is part of my DNA.

After a very challenging year, a long pandemic, and seeing so many small businesses struggle to survive, I started Lema Design Agency to help entrepreneurs, start-ups and dreamers—like my grandfather, John Lema—who’s family immigrated from Portugal, to pursue the American Dream and achieve the impossible.
